Currently going through some minor medical stuff, nothing serious, just strains and pains associated with 15 years of animating things in either a sitting or standing position. Both of which are fairly uncomfortable to do. So I've been changing things up and working through it as usual, but it does mean I have to take more breaks during the day. So I can't really zone out and work for 12 hours standing at this point. Sitting has it's own set of issues as well, so I've been alternating desks, chairs and such throughout the day to keep things going. So this is just a heads up to other creative people who are overly immersed in their work. Take a break. We're only human.... which is stupid -_-
