Giving myself a crash-course in 3D modeling. This one still needs a lot of work, but it's a start. Yeah, it's all around bleh in my eyes. Have a ton of work I have to do... some funny mishaps trying to get the bug-eye thing to match the cartoon. The 2D version of Germaine doesn't translate well into 3d.... at all. (Foamy came out even worse.... just looks like a weird stretchy blob of digital clay with eyes for some reason. Awful) lol.



Anyway, that's what I'm doing in addition to everything else, so any progress will take forever. Where's my robot arms! ARG!

Trying and not succeeding is still better than not trying. Besides, I think you did pretty OK with Germaine, there :) It is pretty hard to translate a 2D image into a 3D design (how the fuck they did it with Charlie Brown of all things still boggles the mind!), but I am sure that you will produce something you like :)

If an STL file of this and futures one are made available, the 3D printing would commence.
