Not according to the Sargeant Major in this particular strip, however.  She feels only those who obey strict guidelines and doctrines deserve to be free to do whatever they want.

She had not counted on bunnies...

Anyone ever watch that old show, M.A.S.H...?  I'm pretty sure this scenario never happened in that.

In terms of putting this particular idea into the comic strip, one can only do what they can with the time that is given to them...  or in my case, I can only do my best with an idea that has to be squashed into a single page!  There's so much more potential to this one, but hey, for now this is it.
