Price Reduction (Patreon)

So I'm making another Tier and changing the current one. Basically, you can get all the same benefits that you could for $3 for $1, except now, if you pay the $3, you're a True God in the Tavern, rather than a Minor God. It's basically just a cosmetic change for now.
