I’ve been pondering my transition away from instagram to YouTube. It is so frustrating that the moment I cross the threshold to 10k followers, the disproportionate regulation of my account DOUBLES DOWN even more. There’s a chance that me waiting a month before my next “violation” allows me to escape the filter they have me caught in, but it’s unclear. I may have to just start over from scratch on YouTube and other platforms. My roommate is moving out this month, though— and I’m hoping to turn her room into a studio for a long-form video podcast.
