I suppose this is the "Metal Sonic Kai" to Mecha Buttercup's "Metal Sonic."

This whole thing was inspired by the Yoshi's Safari arc in the "KC Mario" manga btw, it's a pretty interesting manga from back when the series wasn’t fully settled yet, and a majority of the volumes have been preserved online fir you to read if you'd like!
