The Underworld Clan has become a feared name throughout the world, with their many victories across their numerous battles, and it’s all thanks to their overseer, Princess Shinyu, and their merciless captain, Slash! At least he seems merciless…he seems just slightly “different” from most other members of his clan, though it’s never been a real issue for him. But after an outing with Princess Shinyu goes awry, leading to his status as a ruthless leader being put into question, Slash is temporarily banished to “The Otherworld” in order to remember what it truly means to be a warrior. A chance encounter with someone from the Otherworld Clan might just give him the answer he needs…

Yay Slash got a book finished!!! Originally I thought it was a bit weird that he was technically the third series to "start" after Cookie (2010) and Kitsune & Buni (2014), but since First Star (2013) is gonna take a bit longer to get it's book out and every other series like Boaroton (2022), Badger (2022), and Kaseyama (also 2022 wow) was created AFTER Slash (2020) I suppose it makes sense. I definitely know I could do way better with volume 2 now that i've gotten a better understanding of this world and these characters, but i'll hold off on that until i've got a solid plan for it.
