This week we move to Progression Phase 4. I bet you've guessed what's coming...

This weeks challenge is a weights challenge. If you don't have weights, don't worry. Many household objects will works like cans or bottles. 

Try completing squats and then introduce some weights in your hands. See how many you can do. Challenge yourself each day to do better. Be sure to stretch before and after.

Remember: If you pledge for 15 consecutive weeks anytime from now, and you complete this program, you can claim a Kingsglaive inspired medal to acknowledge your achievement. Remember to keep track of everything you do to be able to make a claim for a medal.
