This npc is another of the characters to show up in the early game. Cathy the border collie.

Cathy Elizabeth Cox is a 19-year-old sports lover. Very caring and loyal, she enjoys working with others for the greater good. Working out and handling her duties are two highlights to her days. She is energetic and brave, but can also be very unintelligent and a bit rude if you don't know her well enough.

All in all she's a good dog. Energetic and ready to have some fun. c:
