Build #2 2024 - MS General Ma Chao (Patreon)

I started this build over a year ago in January 2023 and it kinda got pushed to the side because I got anxious about painting flesh tones for a bit. 

Anyway after painting the 30MS Siana I got pretty hyped about working on musumes again, so I smashed this one out in about 20-ish hours. The bike itself is pretty big and feels like a big HG kit in itself.

Skin tone

 Gaianotes flesh + bit of Mr Color Orange + bit of Mr Color GX Harmann Red. I added the orange and yellow until the color was similar to the plastic color.

Shadow - Skin tone + bit of Mr Color Purple

White primer -> spray the shadow tone in recessed and shadow areas -> spray the skin tone (opacity based shading) -> Mr Color Lascivus Clear red on shadowy parts again -> light coat of Mr Color Lascivus Clear Orange + Clear Red

White

White primer -> Intermediate Blue + Mr Color GX White preshade -> Finishers Foundation White to cover

Blue

White primer -> Gaianotes CM Cobalt Blue preshade -> Starter Blue (Finishers Foundation Blue) -> cover with CM Cobalt Blue

Hair Grey

White primer -> Intermediate Blue + bit of White + bit of Mr Color 306 preshade for the shadowy areas -> Starter White correction -> Intermediate Blue + White + bit of Mr Color 306 to cover

Dark Metallic

Gaianotes EX Black gloss base coat -> Mr Color Super Metallic Iron 2 + Mr Color GX Black

Light Metallic 

Gaianotes EX Black gloss base coat -> Mr Color Super Metallic Iron 2 

Silver Metallic 

Gaianotes EX Black gloss base coat -> Mr Color Super Metallic Silver 2
