My Patreon will be going through some changes with tiers in the next week. If you like everything you are getting, I HIGHLY suggest you don't cancel. The categories may change if you decide to return in the future. To everyone that has continued with me this far, nothing will change. You will still receive 5 1/2 releases a week with Shameless, Euphoria, American Horror Story, Yellow Jackets, and Black Mirror BiWeekly. And plans for new shows when some eventually end. But just to throw it out there, a lot more is coming and will be available in another tier, if you are interested. One thing I can say for sure is the Movie category will not change. So.... just don't cancel LOL. Which I hope you weren't going to anyway (Puppy dog eyes emoji inserted here LOL)


The next thing is a question....

I am thinking about pausing Euphoria, Shameless, and anything like it (basically what the "SOBER GUY WATCHES" on YT) to better comment on the shows. I've been getting feedback about mic and volume issues that can be handled in one of two ways.

1) Have our editor go through the entire video adjusting volume

or 2) Pause the show and comment when relevant.

 

SO! You'll need to vote twice if you wish for me to pause the show. The first two options are to see if you even want me to pause. The next two options are if you would like me to pause all the shows I watch  or just what the "SOBER GUY WATCHES" (Euphoria, Shameless and whatever else) on YouTube.

When you said you were thinking about pausing those shows, I thought you meant you were gonna take a break from watching and reacting to those shows. I was about to say "...excuse me, sir? I just got here." LOL. But I agree with others who said that for the most part, you should keep it the way it is and just adjust the volume, but also pause for longer comments so you don't miss dialogue in the episodes. I also agree with Alice about adding subtitles for the shows.

For the videos I’ve watched, the volume sound fine. I think there was one reaction where you were talking over the video, but I that was only an issue because you talked for like 2 minutes over the reaction. I actually Enjoy you not pausing, I think subtitles would maybe be helpful in that case.

One thing I haven't seen commented yet is subtitles. I think it would be great to add those so you can talk and don't interrupt your flow of watching the show by pausing, but we still know what the characters are saying while you talk (if we haven't seen it before)
