I like the comment at the end about the wife being the only one not fully in crazyland after we just watched her eat an entire raw brain 🤣

FYI if you didn't figure it out already. Offal is the entrails and internal organs of an animal. It is a delicacy in some cultures. Also, Evan Peters does play someone with a psychosis very well. He was amazing in Dahmer.

Lol! Ya, but she’s being kinda influenced isn’t she? Everyone else has baggage being exploited. Except for the daughter, who definitely has a foot in crazyland regardless lol. This show is crazy lol

When are you gonna react with Audrey again? I enjoyed the first reaction with her very much :)

I'm commenting very late, but. I love, love, love American Horror Story. One of my. favorite series after. Glee from Ryan Murphy. The way he tells the stories or. just equitate.

The whole piggy man thing was just weird lol I loved the weird humor of the dude shooting him and being like "he called me a pig" like it was so blase. There's a nod back to the piggy man in s6? I think. Nothing major just easter egg-ish. I have two big phobias. The first one is freaking mirrors! As far as I know, not from any particular games or urban legends. They just creep me out at night. There's a whole thing about why we think we see faces in the mirror during games like bloody mary or candyman etc. , and it's mostly about filling in empty space. Because the room is usually dim and you're freaked out etc. Your brain tries to make sense of what it sees in the mirror and what it thinks should be there (typically a face) and most of the time it draws on things you already know (like family members or whatnot). It's why a lot of times people think they see dead relatives. There's a lot more to it, but it's pretty interesting. It still doesn't explain why I'm freaked out by them lol but ugh yeah I am not a fan. The other big one is palmetto bugs/roaches. Like the big flying ones. That fear you were talking about where it feels like your heart kinda stops and then just is like one big pulse per minute. I get so bad, like paralyzed with fear. Shaking, panic, anxiety, nearly throwing up. You name it.... I *know* they're harmless, but yeah doesn't matter. Hence... phobia. Had to do some googling for this one, but the "meal" Jessica Lange brings Viv is called "offal." Basically wiki says "Offal also called variety meats, pluck or organ meats, is the internal organs of a butchered animal." So yeah... yum... or whatever if you live in a crazy murder house.

Extra follow up (bc I'm me): My bestie also has this. She's got a phobia of roaches too. HOWEVER, she's usually the slayer bc she's braver than me. MEANWHILE, she's got a phobia (full on phobia not just fear or creep factor) of frogs--particularly tree frogs, and we get them a lot. Two fun stories... the first was the day she, I, and her kid were in the drivethu (her driving) and there was a frog on her door/window and she had total panic attack. Kid and I at first thought she was exaggerating and kept laughing, until we realized it was legit. The other day, I asked her to plug in extension cord outside in the electrical box. There was a frog in the box and it jumped on her arm and slid down her leg. She nearly passed out, but we got her away and near the fence line. I do not have the reflexes to catch them quickly (although I've saved her from two since then), but kid came out like a badass and caught it in like a minute with a freaking frisbee a measuring cup and all was good. BUT YEAH! WE'VE HAD THE HEART BEAT RACING TOO FAST AND FEELING TOO SLOW EXPERIENCES AND THEY ARE NOT COOL!!!!! What was yours?
