Neil Fak (the handy guy) is Matty Matheson and he’s a professional chef, and I believe a producer on this. He was the one to help with the look of the restaurant and it’s very reminiscent of what his real life restaurant looks like, Modern Scandinavian style. He also helped with curate the feel of being in a restaurant which is why so many real life chefs say this show is the most accurate depiction of a kitchen environment on TV. Like the drinking out of storage containers. I’m at the part where you mention his suit and he’s a legit style icon in real life! I love how he dresses. He’s got such a unique sense of self and I just love him!
