Will hasn’t spoken to anyone about anything he may be feeling, Mike just meant that he’s never shown an interest in dating before. It’s strongly hinted at though, my heart breaks for Will in this episode! The last 3 (?) years of his life have been frozen, whilst he was in the upside down and being possessed, everyone else had a chance to grow up and develop. Mentally he’s still the same 11 year old he was the night he went missing.
