i love that during the silence at 6:58 you can cLEARLY hear the foreigners speaking english WAY louder than everyone else. They're probably Fellow Americans Tbh I actually find the accents of the foreigners in the japanese dub surprisingly believable, at least for the women. The guy voice actors clearly still show their japanese accents, though I guess you could assume they're also japanese students like Itsuomi. then again, I'm comparing this to anime that feature one-off foreigner characters as comedic punchlines and don't even bother getting the voice actor to fake an accent LOL but even considering that, the cadence of their speech just sounds more natural than what i'm used to getting
