My personal interpretation of the flashing images at the end of the ep are the major locations from the series, Starry then Bocchi's House then most Importantly Bocchi's Closet. The reason i think showing Bocchi's Closet is important is that shes not in it, shes on stage at a culture festival, if she didnt join the band she would most likely just be sitting in that closet practicing a guitar alone just like she was at the start of the show. This immediately leads into the start of next ep showing how far the lonely rolling Bocchi has come.
