ok this episode was very much a lot of growth for our favourite daughter-father duo. She finally learned about Sarah and Joel faced his fears of failing 😔 [even though i think he's doing a damn near spectacular job tysm] Seeing Ellie be so open about her fear of Joel leaving her broke my heart, but I was happy to see her being vulnerable with him. 

I'm also happy for Tommy and his family, but I do think it was super insensitive to not reach out to Joel and let him know that he's at least alive... Imagine letting your brother grieve your death for months at this point? It's ridiculous... Maybe I'm being harsh though, considering there are safety concerns that made him not be able to call Joel ig.

ALSO, in regards to Joel falling, I remember that part in the game so I wasn't as upset as I normally would be haha so yeah :' )
