You can open the fight by drinking a beer, equipping the baseball bat, maximizing your attack stat and using the first 3 turns to hit Sakura with the Perfect Hit Orb, this will lead to crazy damage and will basically skip her first phase which is the most threatening. After that, if you found the Pierced Heart Orb, you're golden for that second phase, otherwise, you should use another physical Orb to finish the job
