Theory time, so I think that the blood is random nose bleed or something that's just been added in to get their normal WTF cliffhanger but actually i think the whole shower mystery is Hyosang has asked Jihan to give him a hickey to make Byeokjun jealous or something silly like that. In the audition episode at the table Jihan said that Hyosang asked him to do whatever he did in the shower and he went straight for the neck, it's not like it was a kiss, so it;s fitting in my mind. More so than Jihan is now a vampire LOL
