Update 18/02/2023: I did what i can.

1.) The Eobard Thawne Mask is glitched, and there are black marks sticking out of the cowl. They are on the left and right edges of the forehead. -> mine was fine, i tried to enlarge his forehead mask area, i hope it solves your problem

2.) Jay Garrick's emblem is backward and the suit itself is super blurry. I cannot really tell what I’m looking at, due to it being blurry -> Its not backward anymore. But the blur is what we get from the games texture, i cant do anything about it, and decided to delete some swatches, sorry

3.) .The soles of the CW Season 9 Flash suit’s golden boot’s soles are red. It is supposed to be all gold. -> done

4.) The cowl of the comics' Flash suit (https://www.patreon.com/posts/flash-new-78670512 ) is a different color from the torso. The normal regular ears of the Sim is also peaking through the cowl. -> cant do anything about the ears. Nor the color, its looks pretty same color in my game :( sorry i cant tell which one.
