TIER 3 PATRONS - Adjust your tiers before the end of the month (Patreon)

I'm editing the 3rd Tier and because Patreon is dumb, I cannot directly edit the tier's price so I had to make a new tier entirely; So, if you want to remain in the bust tier for next month, change your tier to the new tier 3 and not the retired one so that you wont be charged in full twice
