Patreon role missing? (Patreon)

With the new bot, comes a new environment. On the first of every month the bot will purge your Patreon role in the Discord.

To get it back, you simply resync your Discord/Patreon through the Patreon website and everything will return.

This is an added extra layer of protection for the community, expect other communities to be following the same practice in the future.
