Diddy Kong Racing - "Wizpig Theme" [METAL VERSION] (Patreon)

Hey everyone! Here is the full video for my metal cover of the WIZPIG theme from Diddy Kong Racing (remade in 2022!)

This theme is one of the very first themes that I ever covered on my channel WAY back in the day! I've been wanting to go back and do another remake of one of my older videos and my voting council Patreon supporters voted on this one being the candidate!

It's really fun to compare this new version now to the original version ( https://youtu.be/zbiU3cJ_SQw ) I don't necessarily consider it an objective UPGRADE in quality cause music is always subjective as is all art, but It's really fun hearing a super new version of it alongside the super old version!

Making it higher quality audio wasn't just the only reason I was excited about this theme though, i had a ton of fun introducing some new ideas into this arrangement that I didn't think of back then! I fleshed out a lot of the riffs and added some more "Zazz" to everything and kind of made the song a little bit more of my modern style with some harmonized riffing and added layers of lead guitars. And of course, a shreddy solo!

It was such a blast to remake this awesome theme and I hope you enjoy! Let me know what you think and thank you for the support!
