Chrono Cross "Time's Scar" - Tabs, Backing Track & MIDI (Patreon)

Hey everyone! Here are the tabs, backing track and MIDI for my metal cover of TIMES SCAR from Chrono Cross!

Rhythms:

Style - heavy power chords, big open chords, alternate picking

Difficulty - 3/5

Our riffs here are an absolute blast to play! We're covering a ton of ground as far as styles go. Every section of this arrangement has a different type of riffing so it covers all of the bases for metal guitar playing! The main sections like the verse and main riff are more straight forward with some heavy power chords. And then for our chorus we open it up with some big open chords that will be a bit challenging with some very stretchy finger placements.

Leads:

Style - alternate picking, melodic

Difficulty - 2/5

Our leads here are also covering a ton of ground as far as various guitar techniques. We start off with a beautiful melodic section that's very straight forward and fun to play. But things pick up when the distortion kicks in and it starts getting a bit more challenging during our Main Riff section.

But things calm down again a bit and get super fun with our verse riff and chorus section. These melodies are super iconic and let you be very expressive with your playing.
