Metroid Fusion - "Sector 1" [METAL VERSION] (Patreon)

Hey everyone! Here's the full video for my METAL VERSION of Sector 1 from Metroid Fusion!

I'm so stoked to finally take on this insane theme! Even within the Metroid Series which is known for having some HARD-ass themes. This theme goes so insanely hard. I initially heard it on Smash Bros because I missed out on playing Fusion as a kid. But I actually just recently beat fusion for the first time on my twitch streams and it was an absolute blast. This OST absolutely RIPS!

Arrangement-wise. It was a really fun challenge trying to get that insane pulsing percussion going on top of some already huge sounding guitars and drums. I definitely felt that having just metal instrumentation wasn't enough on this one. So much of that "dread" feeling of this theme is that non stop percussion happening that just keeps you on the edge of your seat. So I tried as hard as I could to combine that with the metal stuff. It took some work but I think the final result turned out awesome!
