Pokemon Black/White - "Battle! Elite Four" [METAL VERSION] (Patreon)

Hey everyone! Here is the FULL VIDEO for my METAL COVER of Pokemon Black / White's "Battle! Elite Four" theme!

I'm super happy with how this arrangement turned out and I'd say it completely exceeded my expectations which were already super high! This theme has always been super appealing to me musically and even among the already-amazing group of Pokemon battle themes across the years, this one is particularly extra thrashy.

With that being the case, I made it my mission to double down on that thrash metal element and really bring out the fastest picking that I could do and give this track as much as energy as humanly possible. I had a blast particularly with the rhythm guitars getting to really channel my inner 80's thrash metal and get some galloping picking going which I haven't gotten to do at this kind of speed in ages. It certainly was a challenge but I feel like my picking hand is bringing it's A-game once again!

Lead-wise it certainly wasn't a walk in the park either! I decided to do an even longer than normal solo section across a couple of different parts to really just bring as much shred as I could! I'm super happy with how the solo turned out on top of those insane rhythms! It came together surprisingly smooth after my hands were warmed up from the rhythm guitars.
