Street Fighter II - Ken's Theme [METAL VERSION] (Patreon)

Hey everyone! Here is the FULL VIDEO for my METAL VERSION of the absolute classic known as KENS THEME from Street Fighter II!

It feels so good to finally be taking on a game from this iconic series. The only Street Fighter that I've done so far has been a collaboration with Little V on Rashid's theme from SF5 but this is the first SF that I've done on my channel and I'm so stoked to finally be taking it on!

This theme has always been very near and dear to me and I wanted to really make sure I was ready to absolutely knock it out of the park when I take it on. I felt that it was truly time now here in 2021 to bring this theme into the ToxicxEternity metal world!

I approached this theme SUPER respectfully and made sure to have my arrangement give the proper homage to the original. But the great thing about this theme is that it gives you so much opportunity naturally to improvise and shred over some of these iconic melodies. It felt so natural being given these moments on a silver platter to really do my own thing that I've developed for myself over the years on this piece and that's why it feels so good to have taken my time on arranging this one!

One of my favorite things about this arrangement that makes it really stand out to me is the Piano as well. Getting the opportunity to have an absolutely jamming piano track doesn't happen very often and I got goosebumps when I was starting to mix them in with the guitars. It gives it such a unique sound and I'm in love with it!

Overall I had such a blast on this and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it!
