NieR: Replicant / Gestalt "Gods Bound by Rules" - FINAL MASTER (Patreon)

Hey everyone! Here is the FINAL MASTER for my metal cover of the beautifully atmosphereic "Gods Bound by Rules" theme from NieR requested by edgemis!

This theme was a total blast to work on. The theme is very focused on having a dense atmosphere as well as a pummeling percussion section that just hits you in the face non-stop throughout the song.

My goal here was to maintain that atmosphere and percussion but also somehow add some metal riffage and awesome double bass metal drums to the mix and have it all play nice together. It was a really fun process trying to mix and match different parts together and put together an arrangement that is dynamic and has a lot of room to breathe.
