Unreal Tournament "Razorback" - METAL Remix by ToxicxEternity (Patreon)

Hey everyone! Here is the FULL VIDEO for my metal cover of the absolutely crushing "Razorback" theme from Unreal Tournament requested by Kirkq.

This theme was a blast to work on. The original is most definitely already metal. It stands alone as a banger metal track to fit the atmosphere of the game. I felt super inspired to try take it to an even more high level of metal-ness with my arrangement. I introduced some extra harmony parts and tried to really take apart the drums and re-construct it as if I were the one writing the song in 2020. But of course, referencing the original to make sure it can still keep up with how amazing the original is.

The guitar parts were INSANELY fun to record. Some of the most fun that I've had doing rhythm guitars in a while. I got to just let loose and track some parts with some attitude and I didn't mind if it was a little rough around the edges. I think the game itself has that kind of vibe so I focused more on the attitude then trying to make sure every note was polished.
