Hellfire (Hunchback of Notre Dame) - Tabs, Backing Track, and MIDI (Patreon)

Hey everyone! Here are the tabs, backing track, and MIDI for my metal cover of Hellfire!

Rhythms:

Style - heavy chugging

Difficulty - 1/5

Our rhythms here play a support role for the most part, letting the walls of lead guitars do their thing and they provide a beefy chuggy low end that's super fun to play.

We begin with some big open chords going into our first verse. The verse riff is where the rhythms take more of a spotlight here with some really fun thrashy chugs.

We then go into our pre chorus with some more open chords but they're some pretty interesting voicings that will probably be some new chords to some.

We then go into the chorus which has some big open E flat chords. Nothing much else here besides some epicness!

Leads:

Style - harmonies, trills

Difficulty - 2/5

Our leads here can be a tad bit trickier than our rhythms. But overall, they're not anything TOO crazy. We begin with a melody that matches the clean vocals intro. We then go into the big distortion pre-verse with some harmony parts over the "like fire" lyrics.

For the rest of this arrangement, our leads work as reinforcement to the vocals, having some bursts of harmony parts. Then for our chorus, we have our center lead do a big sweep arpeggio into a hammer on / pull off trill. This is definitely the most challenging part.

We then go into our break with another harmony, then get into our breakdown with a fat lower octave harmony.
