Thank you so much for your lovely messages about the bathroom disaster. Today we are mopping up a lot hoping it can be sorted on Monday.  Your messages definitely helped get us in a more positive mood today!!

I thought I would share with you this picture I took this afternoon during our filming for the ground floor tour.  It is amazing to think that this was painted 112 years ago, yet it looks so fresh!!  Preserving this for future generations makes this (slightly daunting at the moment) project worthwhile so it was good for me to get up on the platform so I could see it up close like this.  We will carry on as best we can and try and keep smiling. xx
