Going full-time & New release model (+R5.5 screenshots)! (Patreon)

Hello lovely friends! 

Today is a very special update. Let me talk about it in detail while sprinkling the update with some fresh Release 5.5 screenshots! 

It has been a long time coming, but now everything is finally set in motion, and I am happy to report to you that I will be leaving my regular job to work on Star Periphery full-time! 

Starting Tuesday, I will be spending the next week and a half (from the 14th to the 27th of May) leaving my daily job. This will entail quite a lot of travel between offices, training my replacement, and related administration. During this time, I won't be posting, so it might be a good time for you to pause your payments. I will, however, be available both here and on our Discord, in case you have any questions. 

After this period is finished, I will be all yours! 

Now, what will this transition mean to Star Periphery? A change of release model, to put it simply! Previously, the updates were released every every 3-4 months. However, I feel that switching to smaller but more frequent updates (every ~2 months) would be better for both the game and my comfort. But how small are we talking? Well, each update will be either one large section (like Tessa's or Lise's Day 3) or multiple shorter segments, which will be suitable for side content. 

This also means that the current roadmap: 

Still stands. However, once Release 6 is finished (and with it, each main ladies' Day 3), I think that it might be a good idea to vote on in which order you want to see your favorite content released.

So, with every Release, you'll get to vote on what you want to see next from the roadmap. For example, once R6 is finished, you will get to vote if you want to see Anitta, Nitlix (and her brothel), or the Mines first! Each poll will contain copious teasers, so you will be sure what to vote for! 

As for R6 itself, I will be releasing it in this order: Iris, Markala, and finally Amira. 

I believe all these changes will lead to a faster, more enjoyable development cycle for both you and myself! 

Finally, I need to mention that all this has only been made possible because of your support, friends! I wholeheartedly enjoy making this little game, and doing it full-time is something I have been looking forward to for a long time now. Please allow me to thank you from the bottom of my heart!
