Encantadora, a low level magic villain, was determined to raise her standing in evil society. However, being stationed in Metropolis, this was easier said than done so she decided she needed to trim the number of kryptonians flying about to make things easier for herself and she decided to start with Supergirl.

Encantadora studied her regular flying patrol route and then, while disguised as a jewelry peddler, she tricked a couple of thugs into trying to rob her at a time she knew Supergirl would be in the area. After the heroine effortlessly laid low the riffraff, Encantadora showered her in false gratitude.

"Oh thank you, Supergirl. Here, have this necklace as a token of my appreciation."

Upon the necklace was a charm that made it irresistible .Supergirl was immediately transfixed by it and placed it around her neck without hesitation. The charm's secondary effect was that it made the wearer highly susceptible to a single command.

"By the way, dearie. You look rather thin. Perhaps you should consider putting on a few pounds." Encantadora remarked with a smirk.

Supergirl immediately felt overwhelmed with hunger pangs and flew off to the nearest fast food joint as Encantadora cackled quietly to herself. Supergirl spent every spare moment from that point on stuffing herself with takeout and junk food.  

Overwhelming her kryptonian physiology with calories took a while but eventually Encantadora's scheme started to come to fruition as the heroine finally began to pudge out. Her face plumped up with a chubby double chin. Her belly and lovehandles bulged so much that she had to exclusively wearing crop tops to give her growing midsection room to jiggle freely and comfortably. Most of her weight settled into her once slender and creamy legs, with them exploding into super sized thunder thighs that were even larger than her torso in width. Additionally, as the cursed Supergirl was now focused almost exclusive on food, her personal appearance became increasingly unkempt and filthy as she and her outfits were coated in thick layers of grease and sweat. 

One day, after monitoring Supergirl's descent into gluttony and deciding that the time was right, Encantadora robbed a bank in broad daylight. As she made her getaway, Encantadora smugly observed Supergirl flying overhead, almost bursting out of her food stained clothes. Ignoring the shouts and sirens beneath her, the heroine's attention was firmly on the burger she had in one hand and the family sized bucket of chicken she had in the other, a mere snack meant to tide her over until she got to her favorite all-you-can-eat buffet for her second lunch of the day.
