Well that was a pretty good way to end of the year gosh darned it; and with that I'm going to be rolling up my sleeves for January with some of the lessons learned from last year and a clearer idea going forward.

January is going to have a little more structure than I have had in the past. I have gotten a lot more comfortable with my patreon schedule system, and keeping in contact here with what I am working on. So the following month I will be breaking things down like this:

Main Project:

Barria NEU comic: I slacked a bit on this during December due to working on commissions and the growth drive. Also just working on non-illustration work-work. I had wanted to have it done before the new year and am moderately disappointed in myself on that notes. ON THE OTHER HAND I got a lot of other work completed and managed to turn around a lot of the damage I subjected myself to with the internet shenanigans. But this is back to being my focus project outside of the growth drive and patreon obligations.

Ongoing

Shadowlark symphony page work. I took a break from this for a while to work on paid comics and commissions, but its an ongoing process to build this back up. I also need to look for new places to host the comic after the tumblefire. This is actually *low* priority compared to outstanding obligations.

Barria Growth Drive. There wound up being a substantially larger response to this than expected so I have a lot of outstanding images in the set to complete in the coming weeks. The final tally on the drive, plus some extras I want to include in the set.

Small Projects:

Graves Redesign. Graves needs an overhaul for the Shadowlark Reboot - so that should be fun to walk through this month. I kind of dropped the ball when doing my designs for Nyx, Tower, and Barria and should have taken the opportunity to go through the entire process on patreon.

Patreon Illustrations: January's patron illustration, barring some kind of dark horse upset, looks to be the "big tiddy goth" option. I have a few ideas to use and going to kind of chisel away at those (probably be a bit more transparent with gestures and stuff so you all can chime in with the direction it takes).

Same thing with the two outstanding illustrations: Gigacat vs Gigacow, and Spooky Silverbells. Due to the fact that I really missed getting the spooky silverbell one out during the season it should have been for; I will likely use my idea of dressing them all up in dragon's crown costumes. Seems like breaking the theme of the prompt a bit though.

Patreon Tags: minor issue. Probably not something I will take too seriously unless I need a minor activity to reset focus. The tags on patreon posts need to be cleaned up and edited. Simple thing.

Commission Sheet: I need to make a new one. Especially if I want to open up commissions this month. This one is based more on how early I get my obligations completed. If I can't set up for walk-in commissions this month, but get the patreon work, and Barria stuff completed, I should be ok either way. Open commissions are good extra income; but not if they interfere with other work afterall.

And That's the Plan for January! Here is looking to a good start to 2019!
