So I had that idea of a channel for patrons, where I could announce things quickly and post some messy WIPs and stuff before it goes here. What do you think? Would you want one? The only turn off for me is the paywall model, like "pay me money and I'll kindly allow you to talk to me" kind of thing. On the other side, making it public wouldn't allow me to post patreon content there, also it would attract a lot of people very likely, which could be a bit chaotic I guess.

If you use Discord, what some artists do is they have their own Discord server, and then have a channel or two locked down to Patrons only. You also could create a public Telegram channel and a Patreon-only channel too.

Well patreon fully integrated with discord. So it can be set up that certain tiers get certain perks on the discord server. Plus how many people use Telegram? I never even heard of it till now,

All my friends use Telegram and so I. I was just thinking of some less official place to talk to people – quick one, where I'm always in touch – having an another app running especially for a single task doesn't accomplish it at all. I wanted to move to Discord long time ago when it was released but everyone seems to be fine with TeamSpeak even now – it does it's job after all, so what could I do. I still could run a server there but I would very likely be more offline than online I guess.

I'm trying to connect Telegram with Discord, seems to be working fine so far
