i have included the PSD work file below :) nothing is labeled... but it is pretty straight forward about how i draw! lots of layers, multiply, overlay, shine. etc

made to be opened in photoshop. but it can be opened in any program that can open .PSD files!  i draw in Paint Tool SAI 2, then move to Photoshop for finishing and processing of the image.
