Regarding polls (Patreon)

HI, since my memory sometimes play with me, i would like to ask  what you guys think about excluding the previous character winner from the next one to give more chance to everyone to win a poll.

Exemple: when i ask you to choose which characters need to be develop more, or on the platinum menu... 

Are we exclude or not?
