I've been wanting to get into enamel pins for over a year now, but the cost and setup for them always seemd daunting. Lately they've been a lot more accessible, so I decided to take the plunge!

The worst part of making merchandise is finding something that will sell - I've definitely had items that I personally thought were awesome.. but the public not so much. You end up with a ton of stuff that you just can't get rid of.  So I'm a bit worried about having so many and not being able to sell them all. I'm planning to be at Blizzcon and another local con this year though, so hopefully I'll be able to sell them in person as well as online.

So my first pin is going to be Snowball, Mei's cute little robot buddy. I already had the artwork for it from December's print, so adjusting it was pretty simple. It'll be another few weeks before it arrives, but my Patreon box folks will get one whenever I have them on hand. :)

I'd love to do more designs and more original stuff eventually too! What would you guys like to see as a pin?

very cool, but understandable on having to much and not selling welling or to little of merch when selling to fast. I think Blizzard pet pins of would be awesome, it would have got catch them all feel to it.

Thanks for the suggestions guys! I'm honestly hesitant to do WoW related pins sadly. WoW pets would be adorable but I really worry about how popular they'd be. It'd have to be super cute, widely known, and the potential for non WoW fans to like it as well! Its possible I could do pre-orders again or a kickstarter situation for pins in the future. I'd need about 15-20 confirmed orders to be able to purchase a new pin design and be able to cover my costs.

I don't know how much you're on facebook but there's a group dedicated to blizzard fans (blizznerds) they have tons of people that do pin collections/blizzcon/etc if you talk to the girl leading I'm sure she would let you post about it if you decide to do a kickstarter type thing. There are fans for all the blizzard games there and it's a fairly large group. Plus your work is amazing and I know they would love it.

I would bet certain pets would be popular enough with non-WoW fans. Cinder Kitten, Brightpaw, Mischief, corgis!
