Jelly cat [WoW Beta spoiler?] (Patreon)

One of the recently discovered pets in WoW is the new jelly cat! A cute little slime kitty which is probably from  Maldraxxus. :) Of course, the first thing I wanted to do is make it a pin, so I'm currently trying to get some quotes from my manufacturer!

I'd like to have open preorders and make it a little limited release pin very soon. :) I've been holding off on doing any new pins because of the pandemic, but this lil' cutie has sparked a desire to draw, so it must be pinned. :D

I asked those of you in my Discord which pose we should go for, C was the winner! 

(I'll probably use these colors for the sticker versions! I think a transparent sticker would be really cool to make with this. ^.^ maybe a preorder bonus?)

Its really hard to translate a "jelly" feel to a pin, but I've found a cool solution!
I'll be using a transparent enamel with a mid level layer of metal. Its a very cool effect that you see in a lot of Disney pins. There will be screen printed white on top, which should also cast a slight shadow underneath making the effect even better. :)

I think the blueish green below is a little closer to the ingame model - so I'm going to have some samples made. This technique is a little tricky because you don't know how the color will change and play off the metal color. Its a little bit of a gamble, but a fun one. :)

What do you all think of Jelly cat? I initially wasn't super interested in  Maldraxxus, but I think I'll def be a little more inclined to level an alt through it for the Jelly cat. ;)
