I hold up my hand to forestall any questions. "This is too big for me to go over it more than once. Even I don't understand the full picture. While I get my thoughts in order, we should see to the rest of our friends. T3, what's your take on their condition?

"Bee-deet. Bwooooo."

I nod my head. "Very well, then while we get them into their bunks, I want you to set the Ebon Hawk to land on the planet. Put us near a busy city, but make sure that we aren't detected. I want information before we come into contact with anyone."

"Bee-dee-deet!"

He makes his way past me and plugs himself into the controls. I look at HK, still holding his blaster at the ready. "You'll need to help us carry them too."

"Slight Irritation: Very well Master. However, I am not responsible should any injuries occur during the process." He crouches down and lifts up Mission, who's the lightest and therefore easiest to carry.

I roll my eyes at his response, but I know how he is. He'll be careful with them. Even if he acts like he doesn't, he cares about them.

I reach out a hand to help Bastilla up and she takes it, rising unsteadily. She holds onto me for another moment before giving me a nod and letting go. I turn to Canderous to see if he needs any help, but he's already hauled Zalbaar over his shoulder and is walking off.

I blink at him. I see it all the time, but I'm still caught off guard by the Mandalorian's strength sometimes.

Rather than carrying them by hand, me and Bastila use the force to carry the other three to their beds

Once that's done, the four of us take seats in the main hold. While I remain silent to think about what I saw, and how to explain it, nobody else seems to know what to say.

Just minutes ago we were celebrating our victory over the Sith, heading to Corellia to get our medals. Now, we were who knows where with most of the crew unconscious and the ship in unknown condition. Once we land, I'll have T3 do a quick diagnostics to see if there are any obvious problems. But we'll have to give everything a thorough look before we try to fly again.

It takes until we land that the others all awaken. They come into the room holding their heads, grimaces on their faces. So once they all gather, I send a heal through all of them, the technique basically as powerful as I can make it after all the fighting we've done.

Their grim looks relax as they feel the healing wave flow through them. They look at me, worry in their eyes. Jolee is the first to speak.

"I've seen a lot of crazy things in my time. I thought Rakata Prime and the Star Forge would be at the top of the list for the rest of my life! Guess I should have known better."

Juhani speaks next, her irritation at his cavalier attitude clear. "This is serious. I do not know what that was, but it is clear that there is a larger threat than the Star Forge was."

"A bigger threat than the Star Forge? No way! What can be more dangerous than an unlimited army controlled by the Sith?" Mission is unbelieving of what Juhani said, understandably considering what we've experienced.

"Rawr, rawr. Grrr." Zalbaar calms Mission down, pointing out that they still haven't seen much of the galaxy despite traveling with me.

Carth doesn't say anything immediately, but just looks at me. "You seem to have some idea of what happened, so how about you explain it to the rest of us, Revan."

This quiets down the others and they look at me. I clear my throat.

"I don't understand the whole picture, but there is a threat coming from unknown space." I hold up my hand when they open their mouths to interject.

"I know that there are no records of any contact with any species outside of known space, if there were, it wouldn't be 'unknown'. But I am sure that during the hyperspace jump, this is what the Force was trying to tell me."

"But what about the Republic? Now that the Sith are no longer a threat they should be able to focus their resources on whatever is coming, right?" Carth questions me, having full faith as a loyal soldier of the Republic.

I slowly shake my head. "I don't know the situation, but according to the Force, they can't. Something is weakening it, weakening everyone. Too weak to resist."

He slumps back his face awash with dejection. Everyones is. We thought that we just secured a bright future for the galaxy, and now we're finding out that all our efforts were for naught.

It's Canderous who breaks the silence. "So what?" They all look at him. "So what if there's a new enemy? So what if the Republic is weak? We knew that when we started our fight! If it wasn't for us, Malak would have wiped the Republic out! But you know what stopped him? US! A ten man crew is responsible for saving the galaxy from Malak's reign of terror. If that isn't enough to strike terror into the hearts of our enemy, then we'll give them a new reason! A personal reason! We'll fight until we win, and if there's another fight after that? We'll do it again! We'll keep doing it until it fucking works!" He's shouting by the end, but the crew's expressions have gone from dejected to determined.

The fire in everyone's eyes is reignited, their fight restored. I'm reminded once again why they're here, why we've stuck together across our adventures.

It's because we're fighters. And we do what we need to do in order to win.
