Tier changes (Patreon)

I've decided to make some changes to my Patreon, especially the tiers and benefits. Generally there aren't many changes, except for early access for 5$ or more, and differences in weight for suggestions and polls for each tier. I tried not to make anything too oppressive on the lower tiers as to not push anyone away, and I am still taking suggestions for how to make things work!
