Changes on raffle tier (Patreon)

Raffle tier will be changed to be 12$!

I felt like the 10$ tier did not offer much and I did have other plans for it, bUT those plans would add too much on my plate- So I'm deleting the 10$ tier and changing the raffle tier to be 12$!

I won't delete the 20$ tier yet just to let people change tiers themselves, but after a week has passed the 20$ tier will be deleted!
