Undead Legacy 2.4.20 Experimental Hotfix (Patreon)

One of the community members spotted a bug related to battery banks incorrectly calculating their charge based on the actual battery item stats, because of the item quality overhaul core change of 2.4. This is fixed with this patch and batteries as well as any future power source items should have their intended power output.

• Fixed power source item properties incorrectly reading power output values based on quality constraints
