How is he? Usually quiet. Doesn't like to talk much.
What is he? Hard to tell, nobody has ever seen his face.

I can't really take credit for this design, I basically saw a meme with someone in an edgy outfit and thought "yes, this is good, I'll be taking that" o3o

Added a little dialogue popup with stats coz I considered that maybe he should be from a post-apocalyptic game universe or something, but I'm not sure x3

Also I used the sketch instead of doing clean lines coz it ended up looking worse after lining xD
