Wow I just finished watching, what an episode! One thing in the subtitles it should have used a lower case "h" not capital "H" until... after Fury is looking at the pager and then he say's "there is always hope." And then when has has figured it out then he can use the upper-case letter "Hope! It's all about Hope!" Basically they gave it away in the subtitles that Natasha was talking about a person. We should first assume that "a rebellion is built upon hope" and not make the connection immediately that it is referring to a name. It is literally supposed to be misconstrued.
