Awesome episode and reaction! To answer your question at the end about luke, the original actor portrayed him (mark hamill) but they de-aged and used CGI to make him appear/sound younger because i think they synthesized his voice too. Looking forward to the BOBF!

Best episode to date and great reaction Emme. This episode was released just before Christmas 2020 and I remember it well. We where in a Covid lockdown in the Netherlands (where I live) and we could all use a boost to our state of minds during this dark times. This episode felt like a Christmas present to all Star Wars fans when it was released, the love for the creators of this series from the fans was permanently set from then on.

they used a mix of Mark Hamill and Graham Hamilton. We see most of the time Grahams body and Hamills faces (faces because they mixed every form of Lukes face that fits into the timeline and took them together) And mixed it all into a Deepfake.

Best reaction ever. This episode is up there with one of my favorites from Star Wars with the best ending ever. It's up there with some of the best scenes even from the movies. The reveal of Luke Skywalker is absolutely brilliant, and Dave Filoni knows how to get at our hearts as fans. Can't wait to see your reactions to Book of Boba Fett.

I dropped off the ottoman I was sitting on when I saw the X-Wing, then saw the lightsaber hilt and recognized Luke's and couldn't really speak for the next 20 minutes.
