here is my EDITED reaction to the mandalorian season 2 episode 6 "chapter 14: the tragedy"

it certainly WAS a tragedy... but at least i know who boba fett is now i guess???

it wasnt a really big face reveal in this episode just because we already saw his face in Episode 1 of this season. it's Temuera Morrison, the same actor as the one who was both Jango Fett and all the clones (mostly Cody) in the prequel films, So a lot of people already figured out it was Boba. also, the ship that we saw him come to tython with is Slave1 which we've also seen a lot in AotC and Clone Wars

You’ve seen a lot about Boba Fett. Boba is a clone of Jango Fett and all the other clones are based off of Jango as well(!) - including Rex and co! Jango and Boba played a key role in Episode II - Attack of the Clones. Boba was also in Clone Wars and appeared later on in Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back - Boba was the guy who took the frozen Han Solo away and took him to Jabba. Boba would end up falling into the Sarlacc Pit in Episode VI - Return of the Jedi and was presumed dead…until now! I actually wanted to remind you of this before but people were saying it was a spoiler even though you’d already seen it all before…! I think it would have made the reveal mean a lot more to you as it’s totally understandable that you would forget things watching so much at once. Jedi Mandalore (Dylan)

Dark Troopers: Correct this is you're first time seeing Dark Troopers, minus them being shown at the end of the last episode. They originally appeared in Star Wars: Dark Forces (1995) a FPS in the vein of the original Doom games. The Dark Troopers were enemies from that game with the story focused around the Dark Troopers project. Throughout the years there's been many different Dark Troopers phases in the EU for example the original Battlefront games feature Phase Zero Dark Troopers who were a variant of stormtroopers in exoskeletons made up of veterans of the Clone Wars. To return them to peak condition, their limbs and organs were removed and replaced with cybernetics similar to how Darth Vader was created. Boba Fett Actor: Temuera Morrison the actor playing Boba Fett is the goat. You would've been introduced to Temuera Morrison as Jango Fett in Attack of the Clones where he also voiced and was the face of the Grand Army of the Republic along with Bodie Taylor who played the younger adult Clones. Temuera Morrison of course returned in Revenge of the Sith playing and voicing the Clones, Face of Commander Cody for example. Bodie Taylor also returned to play younger adult clones in a few scenes. You also saw him in Obi Wan where he played an Clone Vet who Obi Wan meets on the streets in episode 2. He also voiced the Clones in the Order 66 scene. And finally he was the voice of Boba Fett in Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi dubbed over the original voice lines of Jason Wingreen to connect into the Prequals and of course the fact it revealed Boba was a Clone of Jango. Temuera Morrison also voiced Boba and Jango in a bunch of video games from Star Wars Bounty Hunter to Republic Commando, Battlefront, and a few others as well. In Battlefront 2 (2017) all the Clones are voiced by Dee Bradley Baker who of course voices the Animated Clones while Boba Fett is voiced by Temuera Morrison so it's cool hearing them side by side. If characters like Rex were ever to be introduced in live action they'd be played by Temuera Morrison. Pretty much Tem is set for life now with how many Clone character there are lol

Great reaction, loved this episode. You did learn Mando's name in the first season its Din Jarin. During the last episode season 1 when Moff Gideon surrounded them in the cantina/bar he tells everyone Din and Cara's full name.

Season 2 was happening during the COVID pandemic and these episodes gave viewers some happiness. There is a post credit scene in the finale (which I missed the first time I saw the episode).

It is also Boba Fett and Jango Fett ship seen also in Empire Strikes Back and Attack of the Clones. And it is same actor who also played Jango Fett in Attack of the Clones and also acted those clones in Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith.
