Jedi Mandalore (Dylan)

I was so excited throughout this episode from seeing Ahsoka to the mention of "Grand Admiral Thrawn" and the overall very Samurai feel of this episode that also had elements of a Western such as the Mando dual with Michael Biehn's character. Michael Biehn who played the guard is a classic 1980/1990s actor so it's awesome seeing him again. He's been in Terminator, Aliens, Tombstone, The Abyss, The Rock, to name a few. He also voiced the character of Rex Power Colt in Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon so it's fun seeing him again in Star Wars. And finally the planet Ahsoka mentions to Mando "Tython" is actually from The Old Republic MMO and is the starting planet for the Jedi Knight and Jedi Consular classes.

Been looking forward to this episode! We reach reasons #2 and 3 why we wanted you to watch all of Rebels before starting this season. You know what happened to Ahsoka after Clone Wars instead of having a big gap. And you know who Thrawn is and the significance of her looking for him. And we finally reveal Grogu's name, so you can call him that from now on!

I agree. I think some of these moments wouldn’t have had the same impact if Rebels hadn’t been finished first. There would have been confusion as to how Ahsoka was still alive etc.

Grogu should be about 51 years old in this season. Ashoka is about 45 here, maybe technically 43ish because ezra pulled her through the world between worlds and she skipped a couple years time.

You asked if Ahsoka was going to kill anyone, halfway through the episode, but I'm sure with editing it, you saw that she killed a bunch of guys in that opening scene. Jedi do kill and she doesn't even consider herself a Jedi anymore.
