I love how their argument feels real they get emotional they fumble their own words because they are so worked up and believe so much that they are right and the other is wrong. And also that fight at the end was awesome

The Punisher escaped at the end. That's what it was showing, the empty elevator with the back door of it open to the street. It's a freight elevator so that's why it's got doors on both sides and why it's so slow.
