SURPRISE!! my first ever timer reaction!

if you haven't read my recent post on why i haven't done timer reactions yet, to summarize i have ADHD and i found it hard in the past to sit in the same spot and react without pausing. however, as silly as this sounds, now that i've figured out a new editing style and can sit properly in the middle of my desk rather than off to the side i feel a lot more comfortable for extended amounts of time at my desk!

while i do think in the future i will pause/unpause whether it be for myself or for my dogs, now that i have figured out the bare essence of reaction timers you can definitely expect them for most, if not all reactions.

one important note on timer reactions: timer reactions do require that you have your own copy of the show to sync with my reaction!

notes on this reaction specifically:

this is a bit more rough than i would i would have future timer reactions to be since at the time of recording i didn't think it would end up being one. in this video i have an audible countdown from 3 so you can sync when to press play, and the show is up until the first line of dialogue to ensure you are matched up precisely. i also do this again when i click the skip button for the theme song.

in the future, to make this easier for both you and i, i will say outloud "3..2...1... play" at the time of recording.

i am obviously new to doing timer reactions, so if you have any suggestions please let me know! i consulted a lot with one of my best friends who is also a youtube reactor so i hope i did enough to make this first one easily digestable!
